Give at least 48 hours notice to transfer the deposit to one rescheduled appointment. Major emergencies are handled case-by-case.
An appointment is considered a no-show after more than one hour has passed with no notification. When a deposit applies, no notice forfeits it.
One touch-up is typically included when appropriate within 60 days of the original tattoo. Proper aftercare is necessary for healing and touch-up eligibility.
Design work follows a three-revision-round rule. After three rounds, the project direction is re-evaluated before additional design work continues.
Cash and Cash App are preferred. Zelle is also accepted.
Eat beforehand, hydrate, get good sleep, avoid alcohol or recreational drugs, protect the area from sunburn, disclose relevant medications or skin concerns, and bring valid government ID.
Let the tattoo breathe, keep it gently cleaned, and keep it lightly moisturized. Do not pick or scratch, avoid soaking while it heals, and protect it from excessive sun.
Appointments are client-only for the time being. One spouse may accompany the client.
Finished tattoos may be photographed and used in the portfolio or on social media. Clients can opt out in the booking application.
Cover-ups are welcome but require consultation. Existing ink, color, placement, and the new design affect what is realistically achievable; complete concealment cannot be guaranteed.
Flash and stencil designs may be repeated unless a specific piece is clearly marked otherwise.
